Weekend Update: Sunday FUNDAY!

Hola! Have you ever had one of those days where it seems you spent hours cleaning your house...

being all domesticated and shiz

And it looks like this:

what? don't look at me...I wasn't even in here...

That happened to me today. So, I think I am just going to resort to this doormat:

seems reasonable enough

On another note, I stayed up past 3 am last night reading on my kindle...I haven't been reading much this semester/summer and this is why. I'm like an addict when it comes to reading and I can't stop myself. I read an entire book last night and half of another one. I.Can't.Stop. I got a new cover for my kindle yesterday too and it is sooooo pretty :)

Anywho, here's the lowdown:

Breakfast:
-2 pieces whole wheat toast
-1 egg
-2 egg whites
-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
-5 fresh strawberries
-1/8 cup Cary's Syrup, sugar free
-1/2 cup cheerios, dry

sorry there hasn't been much variation in breakfast...creature of habit I guess..

Total:
-405 Calories
-65 g Carbs
-9 g Fat
-19 g Protein

Lunch:

Salad:
-2 cups Spinach, fresh
-Slivered Almonds
-1 Tbsp Dried Strawberries
-1 Tbsp Strawberry Vinaigrette

-5 ounces Jennie-O Ground Turkey
-1/2 serving Alexia Sweet Potato Fries, baked


 
Total:
-385 Calories
-22 g Carbs
-19 g Fat
-34 g Protein


Dinner:
-Asparagus, baked
-3.5 ounces Tilapia
-2 homemade biscuits, vegan
-1/2 cup Steamfresh Potatoes

 
Total:
-467 Calories
-51 g Carbs
-17 g Fat
-28 g Protein

Snacks:

#1:
-Del Monte Gel Cup with Mandarin Oranges, lite

#2:
-3/4 cup Grapes, fresh
-1/2 ounce peanuts
-1/2 serving Pringles Lite



Total:
-1482 Calories
-180 g Carbs
-50 g Fat
-85 g Protein

Exercise:
-Jogged 1.25 miles
-Swam 915 meters

Running was much more painful today and I should not have tried to run two days in a row. I'm determined to finish a tri, but I'm not going to risk injury to do it. Has anyone else had problems with their meniscus?
