Update: Hump Day

I haven't done a post in a while where I share with you guys how exciting my day was in terms of what I ate. So I'll do today's.

I taught Cycle Monday and Tuesday and I'm teaching RIPPED (yay!) tomorrow, Cycle Friday, Kickboxing Saturday and Cycle Sunday. I just wanted to let you know that before you judge me for not working out today. Today was my only day off! lol.

Breakfast:
Now, this breakfast is going to make you say 'Ew! That sounds awful!' But, you'd be wrong. Because it was the opposite of awful. It was delish.

Smoothie:
-1/2 Frozen Banana
-1/3 cup Frozen Cherries
-1/2 cup Fresh Spinach (I swear, you won't even know it's there!)
-1 cup Original Almond Milk
-1/2 Tbs Natural Skippy Peanut Butter
-1/4 Tbs Milled Flaxseed

Calories: 226
Carbs: 38 g
Fat: 8 g
Protein: 7 g

Lunch:
I was on campus alllllll day today. 10am until after 5pm. Therefore, I brought my lunch with me.

-2 slices Whole wheat bread
-3 slices Tofurky Peppered Deli Slices
-1 tsp Mustard
-2 slices fresh Tomato
-1 cup Red Grapes
-1 small Slice Mama Pea's Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread
(I added another small slice as a snack later, so I just added those extra calories here, therefore lunch Calories are a bit higher than they actually were...)

Calories: 500
Carbs: 75 g
Fat: 13 g
Protein: 20 g

Dinner:
-Daddy Pea's Jambalaya (Will post recipe soon!!!)

Calories: 400
Carbs: 55 g
Fat: 10 g
Protein: 25 g

Snacks:
-1 Banana
-6 oz light cranberry juice

Calories: 135
Carbs: 35 g
Fat: 0 g
Protein: 1 g

Total for the Day:
Calories: 1261
Carbs: 203 g
Fat: 31 g
Protein: 53 g

I count walking a million miles around campus as a workout though, don't you?
