Recipe: Pumpkin Spice French Toast

It's finally September 1st, which means that Fall is almost here! Yay for cooler weather! I cannot wait to go to Jittery Joes and get a sugar-free Pumpkin Spice Latte! Mmmmm! And wear a hoodie! And boots! :))))

Someone asked me about how I make my french toast the other day, so I thought I would share it with you guys here!

-1 large whole egg (Or you could use 2-3 egg whites)
-2 slices whole wheat bread
-1 Tbsp Almond Milk (Or Milk)
-~1/2-3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or Ground Cinnamon
-Lite Syrup or fresh fruit as a topping

-Crack open egg into a shallow bowl
-Add ~1 Tbsp Almond Milk/Milk

-Beat until frothy

-Add spices and mix well

-Dip one side of the bread into egg mixture, then dip other side; Place bread into pan sprayed with Pam, on medium heat

-Cook until done and toasted on each side
-Serve with lite syrup or fresh fruit (or both!)
