WIAW (What I Ate Wednesday)

You know how some people dread Mondays? I dread Wednesdays. This was my schedule today:

I miss you Garfield

10-11am Biochem
11am-12:15pm Foodservice Procurement & Financial Management
12:15-2:15pm Study/Be distracted/Study
2:30-3:30pm Medical Nutrition Therapy
3:30-4:30pm Micronutrients
-Met with my teacher to look over my resume, etc.
-(I planned on going to the SDA meeting, but I just wasn't feeling well at all. Plus, I still had two more meetings afterward. I decided to go home and rest for an hour.)
7-8pm Fitness & Wellness Leadership Team Meeting (which was the highlight of my day!)
8-11pm Science Guyz Review Session for Biochem

Also, just to give an idea of how my day went:

Can you read that? NO, OF COURSE YOU CAN'T. Because me, and only me, would bring a RED pen to a review session that is on RED paper. Blech.

Soooo. Yes, I can't say that I like Wednesdays. Also, for those of you who aren't sure what makes college students so 'busy;' here you go. (However, college students, this is not an excuse to not shower and wear pajamas to class...there's never a reason for that. They're called pants. Wear them.)

Breakfast:
Look! I finally took a picture of a smoothie!

For some reason, this has been my least favorite smoothie combo. I don't know if it truly wasn't tasty, or if it's because I haven't felt too well today. It was very...liquidy...and I like my smoothies so thick that you need a spoon.

-1/2 Frozen Banana
-1/2 cup Frozen Mango
-1 Starbucks, Light French Vanilla Frappuccino
-1 Tbsp Skippy Natural

Lunch:
Pesky computer and biochem always in the way

I literally rummaged through the fridge and pantry and threw some stuff in a bowl:

-1 cup Romaine Lettuce
-1.5 cups Steamed Broccoli, cold
-1/4 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
-1/8 cup Onions, raw
-A little oil and vinegar

-1 cup Red Grapes
-1 Light Sargento String Cheese

Snacks:
--1/2 ounce Peanuts, no salt
--5 Strawberries, fresh

Dinner:
-2/3 WW Hamburger Bun
-3 oz Lean Ground Turkey Patty
-1/2 slice Swiss Cheese, reduced fat
-1/2 Tbsp Ketchup
-1 serving Chips, Reduced Fat

Dessert:

So, there you have it. I'm going to go study biochem now until my eyes bleed. (Ew.)
