Weekend Update: Lazy? Sundays

Sunday is the one day that I get to sleep in late. Therefore, I definitely take advantage of this. By 'taking advantage' of this, I mean that I was in the bed until probably around 1pm. Don't judge me.

Also, we went to a corn maze yesterday...I think I will stick with Haunted Houses...

It's all fun and games now. But, seriously, I wanted out.of.there.

Today I taught a 60 minute Cycle class and I did 30 minutes of BodyPump.

Since I slept late, I had 'brunch?'

-1 egg with Basil, Oregano, Garlic and Parmesan cheese (reduced fat)
-2 slices wheat toast; 1 with Apple Butter from Washington Farms
along with:
-1/4 cup Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
-~1/2 cup frozen Mango
-7 almonds
-1 Tbsp Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chips

I cooked dinner when I got home from Cycle, BodyPump and a meeting. While I was cooking, I 'recovered' from working out with these babies:

-1 serving

For dinner, I wanted to cook Gnocchi, but I didn't want to use the same Skillet Gnocchi recipe that I always use because I need a break from beans today...So, I literally just concocted something. It wasn't 'pretty,' but it tasted pretty good!

Gnocchi, Spinach, Mushrooms, Onions, Spaghetti Sauce, Garlic,

Then dessert was of course these amazeballs (my new favorite word if you haven't noticed):
