Recipe: Miniature Pumpkin Croissants

Are you ready for your world to be rocked? Because these little amazeballs are gonna do it. I saw this recipe on Pinterest last week and decided that I had to make them because they were so easy. Plus, it's Fall Y'all, so we need some pumpkin recipes up in here.


-1 to 2 packages refrigerated Croissant dough (I had 1 regular package and a half package)
-1 can Pumpkin (I would use only half of this next time...)
-1/2 8 oz. package low fat cream cheese
-1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
-3 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (Hate on, haters)
-4 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
-1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

-Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
-Mix canned pumpkin, cream cheese, pumpkin pie spice and 3 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend

-Take Croissant dough and split in half

-Spread the pumpkin mixture across each piece of dough

-Mix the 4 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend with 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice and roll the dough through this mixture

-Bake for about 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
 -Serve and enjoy!
