I based the idea for this recipe off of yet another Pinterest find. I dub thee Amazeballs. They are essentially a very easy to assemble and easily accessible snack that you can make at the beginning of the week and just take them on the go!
-1 cup Natural Skippy
-1 cup Oats
-1/4 cup Honey
-1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (Mini would be even better)
-1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
-Crushed Graham Crackers (I used Reduced Fat Cinnamon)
(Makes ~14 balls)
-Mix all ingredients, except the crushed graham crackers, into a bowl
-Take ~1 Tbsp of the mix and roll into a ball
-Roll the ball through the crushed graham crackers until covered
