WIAW: Let's Just Start at #2


Meditating
I'm still thinking about my decision on whether or not to do Yoga Teacher Training and I'm feeling more...at peace about it...and I'm pretty close to making up my mind...
so stay tuned. 

Breakfast

Blendin' Time
Green Goodness
 -1/2 Frozen Banana
-1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
-1 tsp Ground Flax Seed
-1/2 Tbsp Skippy Natural Peanut Butter
-1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
-1/3 Cup Fresh Spinach

Lunch

The Whole Schabang

Awesome Almond Butter
 I typically pack more than I plan on eating just in case I end up staying on campus longer than planned (which happens more than I care for it to). Today was actually a much shorter day so I ended up only eating:

Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich:
-2 slices Arnold Whole Wheat Bread
-1 Tbsp Trader Joe's Almond Butter
-1 Tbsp Lower Sugar Jelly

With:
-1 package Organic Baby Carrots
-1 Light String Cheese

Dinner:

Amy's Cheese & Spinach Pizza

Snacks:

When I got home from class this afternoon, I had a small serving of my leftover Homemade Potato Soup.  

And my after dinner dessert was, of course, a Greek Yogurt Bowl with: 
Mango, Almonds, Organic Dark Chocolate and 1/2 of a cinnamon graham cracker.

  6. Hi Jessica! I had never had that pizza before, but they were on sale last week and I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend it! :)
