This is my favorite breakfast and some toast would have made it complete.
I taught Kickboxing & Sculpting tonight for an hour and had such a fun group!
I tried some new things, like a 'walking push up' where we started out standing, bent over to the floor, walked our hands out into push-up position, did a push-up, walked our hands back, and rolled to standing.
They were troopers about it!
Tomorrow I am teaching Step & Sculpt for an hour then I am teaching an hour long RIPPED class right after. I also have DEMO team practice after that...so I am definitely going to have to power up!
