WIAW Official #7


My 'sickness' made a comeback this weekend, then Sunday I taught a 60 minute Cycle & Sculpt class, a 60 minute Totally Fit/Bootcamp Class, and then I had a 60 minute Demo Team practice.

On Monday, I took the day off from exercise since this cold/sinus/whatever it is has decided to come back.

Tuesday I taught my 60 minute RIPPED class and we had almost 40 people!!! LOVEEE it!!!

Here is my WIAW: Featuring What I Ate Tuesday, January 31, 2012:

Breakfast
I swear that I have more variety in my diet than it appears on this blog...it just seems like whenever I remember to take a picture, it's the same meals...

1 scrambled egg w/ kale and cheese; 2 pieces ww toast w/ Trader Joe's Fig Butter
Mmmm...Fig...

Lunch
I won't go into details about my symptoms, but I will say that it is painful to eat solid food...enter the smoothie:

1/2 Frozen Banana, Frozen Mango, Unsweetened Almond Milk, Skippy Natural PB & Milled Flax Seed
Dinner:


Romaine w/ Honey Mustard Dressing & Cracked Pepper


Amy's Organic Black Bean Burrito. It's not pretty, but it did the job!

Snack
I swear this is the first yogurt bowl I have had since my last WIAW.

0% Greek Yogurt, Mango, Coconut, Chocolate chips, Almonds
