Valentine's day is neither here, nor there for me. It can be fun, but I am not going to be cranky if no one gives me a Valentine...well maybe not.
This morning DH disappeared to 'go to the dry cleaners' (we never go to the dry cleaners except to wash our comforter...) and magically came back with this:

If you know me, you know that I am not a big fan of cake, so every year I would get an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen instead. I haven't had one in a few years and I mentioned it during my birthday last week....so of course he ran out to get me one for Valentine's day.
Side note: I have a lot of will power when it comes to food, but it completely dissolves around an ice cream cake. Please help me.
He also brought in this.

I have much more willpower when it comes to candy. I don't ever crave candy...maybe chocolate, but not really candy like this. However, I do like to bite or poke holes in all of the pieces just to see what flavor they are...so you probably wouldn't want to share a box with me...
Breakfast on the way to my Medical Nutrition Therapy II Exam was two of my Low-Fat Banana Muffins topped with 1/2 Tablespoon of Skippy Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter on each muffin.

I don't like saying whether or not a test went well, because every time I do that I jinx myself. So, no comment on the test.
I stopped by the store to pick up some medicine and non-essentials before heading home to do a little cleaning and laundry. Around 11:30am I fixed lunch:
|Romaine Lettuce topped with 1 Plum Tomato, Yellow Bell Pepper and Honey Mustard Dressing|
|I had half of this: 1 Smart & Delicious Tortilla, Low Fat Cheese, Tuna, Yellow Bell Pepper, Mushrooms; Side of Salsa|
I know, not many people like Tuna. That's okay. I very rarely eat it, but this odd combination popped into my head while I was laying down last night and I had to have it for lunch. Weird? Yes. Yummy? Also, yes.
I worked on case studies for the rest of the afternoon before I went to teach a 30 minute Abs class and a 1 hour RIPPED class. Of course a greek yogurt bowl had to happen before I worked out. Is the day really complete without one? I think not.

After teaching, I came home and made Dinner.
