Take Your Lunch Friday

Whew.

It's finally Friday.

This week I taught:

Sunday-
Cycle & Sculpt
Totally Fit

Tuesday-
30 minute Abs
RIPPED

Wednesday-
Kick N Sculpt
Kickboxing for Relay for Life Event

Thursday-
RIPPED

Friday-
Cycle
30 minute Abs
Kick N Sculpt

I get the day off for rest on Saturday, then on Sunday we have Cycle and Totally Fit. This coming week will be the last full week of fitness classes this semester, sadness!

After I taught the Kickboxing class for the Relay for Life event, my cousin came over and I made the braided calzone for our dinner. It never gets old and it's so fast and easy.


Earlier that day, I had a great salad with tomatoes and avocado:



I have been packing my lunch almost every Friday this semester, since I have class from 8:00AM to 2:15PM. I wish I had been documenting what I take, but I honestly didn't think of it.

Here is what I took today:

Lettuce, Steamed Brown Rice, Black Beans, Avocado & Honey Mustard Dressing



I also packed fresh strawberries, an apple, and an orange. I ended up only eating the strawberries (with the bowl above, of course), because we are still doing food demonstrations in class and I ate some of the samples. Yum!

A special shout-out to my mother in law who has a Birthday today! Happy Birthday!
