WIAW #15: I'm Back

It's been a while.

Let's get back on track this week, shall we?

As usual, there isn't a breakfast picture because I barely had time to make it, much less snap a picture of it. It was just a boring, yet awesome, PB&J with whole wheat bread, good ole smucker's jelly and Skippy Natural Crunchy.

After class, I went to the grocery store to grab a few items because I decided that I was craving my Kale and White Bean Soup.

Fresh chopped Kale, White Beans, Red Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Broth

It was definitely worth it.

Later that evening, while I was working on homework and practicing the new Power Section for RIPPED, I had some delicious oranges and peach fruit cup.

Lots of Vitamin C

I taught a 30 minute Abs Class tonight and then a 1 hour RIPPED class. Even if I don't feel like working out, I always end up having so much fun teaching and feeling so much better afterward.

For dinner, I had more soup (what can I say, it was good) and I also had a sandwich with chicken, avocado and tomato.

My dessert, which is not pictured, was a 100 calorie Klondike Bar. Healthy? Eh. Delicious? Oh yeah. Nothing beats ice cream.

Are you amazed that I didn't have a salad today? Me too. But, there's always tomorrow.

What is your favorite soup?

  1. Yay, glad your back! :) I barely have time to make and eat my breakfast, too.

I've been loving soup as well! It's just so simple and tasty. :) My favorite soup is tomato soup!

    1. Hi Shannon! I love tomato soup as well! We are having a rainy day here, so it's definitely a soup kind of day! Happy WIAW! :)

  2. I can't say I have a favorite soup... mostly I like all Polish soups because they aren't as high in sodium as American soups. My guilty pleasure (in soup land) is french onion and broccoli cheddar.. Damn Panera Bread.

Your kale & white bean soup looks great though!

    1. Hi! I haven't had those soups from Panera before..but, I do love me some Panera Bread, so I will have to check them out! Happy WIAW! :)

  3. The soup sounds and looks delicious!
