It's so weird because part of me feels like I just started back and part of me feels like I have been in school FOREVER.
(I have been in college since 2005, with the exception of 1 year after my first degree when I worked full time).
I have a random breakfast picture to show you because it was pretty much awesome.

I love tempeh sandwiches! Esp TLTs. No idea why I never thing to make them... that honey mustard sounds awesome on it.
ReplyDeleteThis was my first time just using the tempeh raw and I really liked it! I think Honey Mustard makes everything better ;)
DeleteSuch beauties. I am definitely craving some eggs now. Mmm
ReplyDeleteEggs are my favoriteeee. Happy WIAW!
DeleteWow! Your strawberry and fig preserves sound great! Will you be posting your recipe? Have a wonderful WIAW! :-)
ReplyDeleteHi! I look forward to those preserves every year! Sadly, I didn't make them myself or have the recipe. My mom's neighbor makes them and gives them out to everyone each year (Yes, we live in the 'country' lol). I will see if I can get the recipe from her! Happy WIAW! :)
DeleteWhaaat?! The last week of school? LUCKY! :D I have six more weeks to go.. It's crazy how time flies by..
ReplyDeleteYummy eats! I'm craving a sandwich now. :)
I know! I'm so excited that I can't even focus on my schoolwork! Time really does fly! Happy WIAW! :)
DeleteHaving gone vegetarian about 2 months ago tempeh is new to me. Mind if I ask do you cook it for the sandwich? I'd love any recipes you might want to share :)
ReplyDelete[Fitness, Health and Happiness]
That's awesome! I was a strict veggie from about 2006-2009. Now I'm more of a 'flexi' I guess, lol!
DeleteIf you use the search feature to the right that says 'search this blog' and type in 'tempeh' I have a How To post and some recipes you may like! (Be sure to click the WIAW ones too because there are ideas within those).
For this sandwich I just used raw tempeh. I have seen others do it and this was my first time! I really liked it. Tempeh has a nice 'nutty' texture/taste to it that went well with the pickle. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
strawberry and fig preserves sounds great!
