Recipe: Veggie Soup

Before we moved, I was trying to use as much of our food as possible. Hence the creation of this soup.


-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 package mixed frozen vegetables (I used vegetable soup mix, surprise)
-1/2 box pasta shells
-1/2 to 1 box of broth (or water with 1 bouillon cube)
-1 Tbsp basil, dried
-1 Tbsp oregano, dried
-1 Tbsp garlic powder, dried


-Cook the pasta according to directions on the box
-Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and cook on medium heat for at least 20 minutes
-Serve hot
