We have been on somewhat of a barbecue sauce kick lately...
This is a super simple 'recipe' that you can make for dinner (regular size or sliders) or it would make a great appetizer or party food!
-Chicken breast or tenderloins (fresh is best, but can use frozen, just thaw it first)
-Your favorite BBQ sauce (we used Sticky Fingers brand)
-Hamburger buns (regular or sliders)
-Saute chicken in skillet until fully cooked
-Shred/pull apart the chicken (either in the skillet or take it off to do it on a separate plate)
-With the chicken still in the skillet, add barbecue sauce (as much or as little as you want...) and stir until warm
-Serve chicken on buns (even better if you toast the buns!)
