While everyone else is talking about all of the dishes you can make to stretch that turkey a little further, I have a salmon recipe that I have been meaning to share with you!
My mother in law made this one day for lunch and served it on top of this delicious salad and pasta. It was so good! I have made it several times since then. It can be served along side dishes, on top of a salad, on pasta, or any way that you would like!
-Dale's seasoning sauce (low sodium)
-Preheat oven to 350F
-Sprinkle Dale's seasoning sauce on top of each fillet
-Spread a thin layer of lite mayonnaise on top of each fillet
-Cover each fillet with breadcrumbs
-Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each fillet
-Wrap in aluminum foil, place in baking dish
-Bake for 20 minutes, or until flaky and fully cooked
Serve with sides or on a salad or on top of pasta! Enjoy!
